"Crowns are too much trouble," Julia said, taking
hers off and leaving it in the pine needles.
"Yes, but let's return Alissa's to her so she won't worry,"
Isabella suggested and they walked back together to the top of the
knoll.
"Crowns are too much trouble," Alissa told them as Isabella put it
on her head, and the three cousins laughed.
Without the heavy crown on, Julia was feeling as light as a
sprite. "Let's dance!", she said and Alissa grabbed her hands and swung
her around. Alissa's crown tumbled off and both girls giggled.
